(NASDAQ: SQL and SQLLW) (“SeqLL” or the “Company”), a technology company providing life sciences instrumentation and research services, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement (the “Agreement”) with institutional investors to purchase 2,000,000 of its shares of common stock at a purchase price of $0.90 per share of common stock in a registered direct offering (the “Offering”). The gross proceeds to the Company from the Offering are estimated to be approximately $1.8 million before deducting the placement agent’s fees and other Offering expenses.
Maxim Group LLC is acting as the sole placement agent in connection with the Offering. The Offering is expected to close on or about February 15, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
